Wiki CPT coding PFT interpretations

I have 2 physicians that do PFT interpretations at outlying hospitals. Is anyone familiar with PFT codes that are used. I need to talk to someone that has experience coding these for the physician. I have researched this & have a few questions. Would you ever just bill 94375 instead of 94010? If anyone is willing to share info please let me know.
