Stephanie, I'm really struggling too and had just posted asking for tips. Maybe someone out there can give us some that will help. These Op reports are overwhelming to me!

Its totally worth the money. I even signed up for month to month after my 12 month subscription lapsed to keep it going. I swear every time I watch it I learn more. Plus the Bubbling and Highlighting and seeing screen capture of every page in the CPT book so you can add her notes to your book is worth the price alone. If only she could sell her books pre marked up.
