Hello, Fellow Coders. I'm seeking some help with the description of CPT code 94669, mechanical chest wall oscillation to facilitate lung function, per session. Can anyone give some insight on what CPT considers a "session" for inpatient Respiratory Therapy services? I've combed through CPT Assistant, AARC Billing Guidelines, CMS, and other resources, to no avail.
