Wiki CPT for Atherectomy iliac vein

Having trouble finding the most appropriate CPT code for an atherectomy of the iliac vein. Any help would be most appreciated.
 
Hello, do you have a procedure report that you could post? Atherectomy normally applies to arterial vessels.

Sorry, no procedural report, this was a general question from a physician. I know it is rarely performed, but he has performed on occasion.
 
Hello, 0238T is a Category III code for transluminal peripheral atherectomy, open or percutaneous, of the iliac artery. As for the iliac vein, I would need to see a procedure report.

Someone else may have additional thoughts about your question.
