Claim got rejected: "P4999CAG SMARTEDIT (CAG) [PATTERN 4563] PROCEDURE CODE G8754 IS NOT TYPICAL FOR A PATIENT WHOSE AGE IS 92 YEARS, THE TYPICAL AGE RANGE FOR PROCEDURE G8754 IS 18 TO 85 YEARS. Group Number: 2134865027960 TSH Claim ID: 2134865027960"

What procedure code is used for measuring and reporting diastolic and systolic blood pressure for patients over 85?

G8754 is a quality ID code, not a payment code. Read the measure for specifications. Most likely, someone over 85 years doesn't count toward the measure.
