Good day!

My doc sa a patient who previously had a polydactyl removed between the 1st and 2nd digits. This was done by a different doc a few years ago. Now, bone is growing off the 1st metatarsal extending to the 2nd metatarsal. The doc removed the extra ray (extra bone)? Can someone suggest a CPT code for this scenerio/procedure?
