Wiki CPT for I&D knees and shoulder

Please look at the attached op report. I'm looking at 27310 or 27301 for the knees. I'm looking at 23030 or 23044 for the shoulder.
Can anyone help? I really struggle with I&D. The op report does document being in the joints.

For the shoulder, infection was suspected, but there wasn't any evidence of infection. Index joint -> exploration -> acromioclavicular for 23044.

For the knees, purulence was noted for both. This is incision and drainage. Index abscess -> tissue (no mention of bone) -> knee for 27301.

No bundles- code both.
