What CPT would you use for LT ascending cervical artery ( supplies the left vertebral artery though anastomosis) selective cath with angiogram, for ICH angiogram. I think the intent is to image the VA. Please see the documentation below

The ascending cervical artery was then selectively
catheterized, and digital subtraction angiography of the
left ascending cervical artery with intracranial left
vertebrobasilar runoff was performed in frontal and lateral
projections. Of note, the left vertebral artery origin is
not visualized, likely due to atherosclerotic occlusion. The
left ascending cervical artery gives supply to the left
vertebral artery through distal anastomosis. Arterial phase
images were unremarkable with no evidence of cerebral
aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, arterial stenosis or
dissection. Capillary and venous phase images were also
unremarkable, with no evidence of veno-occlusive disease.
