Wiki CPT for Open HAGL Repair?

I've seen a lot of online debates on what the open form of a HAGL repair is, and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas? I know that an arthroscopic HAGL repair is usually coded with 29806, but I haven't dealt with an open one before. Help would be greatly appreciated.
