Any suggestions to the following would be greatly appreciated,
Surgeon performed incision and debridement of a post surgical wound (from infection) to the fracture site (global period) with loose screw and remaining screws only replaced, original plate left intact. Not sure if this would be considered revised due to the documentation stating gross motion at fracture site with the new screwed stabilizing the fracture.
