Does anyone know if there are CPT codes that we can use for when a RN see's a patient.

For example, the physician is another room and a patient comes in ultrasound results, and they are normal, can the RN see the pt and if so can we bill for that?

Depending on what the RN does for the patient in the Outpatient setting it could be billed under a low level E/M code of 99211 billed out under the Supervising doctor if he/she signs off on the documentation...
