Hi. I'm seeing a procedure here I haven't seen in all my years as a coder "Elevation of right sural artery flap" Advice? Thanks!!
 
Just based on the description I would think this would be coded in the range of 15570-15758 as these would encompass creation of a flap with vascular preservation, with but without seeing the operative it's hard to say for sure.
