My proivder is doing one of the 2 below. Need help with cpt codes..
1) Transabdominal Robotic transvesical opening of the bladder neck and removal of the prostatic fossa calcification, the mobilization of a bladder mucosa flap to advance into the fossa attempting to cover some of the necrotic tissue and prevent recurrence of the stones.
2) endoscopic lasering/dilation/incision of the bladder neck, this would also be coupled w/ a perineal incision and uncoupling of the cuff
