Can someone tell me what the CPT codes are for "straight" "laminectomy with diskectomy, L2-L3" and "laminectomy decompression L3-L4"---thats all I have--its for a coding test and I just am blown away by all the 63XXX codes--and i don't do Ortho!!! :-)

Janice,
I appreciate your situation, However when you are doing a coding test it is a test of YOUR coding abilities, your strengths and weaknesses. If we here on the forum answer these questions for you then it is not a true test of your ability. Also what if you get the wrong answer from someone here. You need to rely on your background and knowledge and read the code books all of your answers are there.
