That be a huge list....why not goggle the specific medicine service you search on coding tips & more data related to surgery. I did just get book on clinical documentation per each specialty for my own reading .It has some great coding & billing data. But they have books or manuals made by AMA and the AAPC on each medical specialty such as cardiology, gastro, podiatry, Etc.
