I have an OT who performs modifications assessments in patients's homes. The only code that I can find that represents this service is T1028. It looks like Medicare does not pay for this service. Has anyone billed any commercial insurances for these services and been reimbursed? Does anyone know what fee to charge? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
