Wiki CPT to ICD-9 vol 3 crosswalk tools?

Good morning!

I am newer to inpatient procedure coding. Looking for a crosswalk tool to move CPT to ICD-9 vol 3 (we are looking at 2014 data).

I do have Facility Coder (Optum Encoder) but I can't find crosswalk for this particular scenario (I am sure they have capability for CPT to ICD-10 pcs, although I haven't used it).

Thank you--any insight or direction toward a useful crosswalk would be helpful.

Honestly it is easier and faster to just use the code book and not try to use the cross walk tools.

Thank you so much for replying. I was wondering if that might be the case. However, I also found the capability on Facility Coder and it is pretty slick. For my research purposes, it is really good.

Thank you though, that was really helpful to hear the perspective of someone who does frequently!
