Per CMS a colo screening is G0121 but if a lesion or growth is detected it states on CMS the appropriate diagnostic procedure should be billed....so is that 45378 or G6024? I would like to create a cheat sheet advising my providers which codes they should be using based upon Medicare guidelines.
