Wiki CPT What were CCI edits on 64421 in August of 2008?

How can I find out if CPT 64421 was allowed when billed as below in August of 2008? We have a RAC take-back. One of our billing reps tells me that her provider billed for and was paid for 64421 when it was done with breast surgeries, in 2008, and that it's a recent CCI edit. I can't find anything that specifically addresses this. We should have kept those old books!
