Dear Colleagues,

I have a question regarding CPT:

OPERATIVE PROCEDURES:
- Superior vena cavography.
- Catheter placement, superior vena cava (small incision in the left neck)
- Superior vena cava stent placement.

Dx:
Superior vena cava syndrome.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
