20550 is Injection(s); single tendon sheath, or ligament, aponeurosis (eg, plantar "fascia")

if 20550 is done in 2 tendon - 2 on right and 2 on left .
can we bill as 20550X2 - Rt and 20550X2 LT

Please clarify

20550 Cannot be billed with a RT ot LT modifier and 20550 is for single tendon sheath.
Hence according to me we need to code as 20550x4

Per EncoderPro 20550 it is appropriate to bill with RT, LT modifiers. I use the RT, LT modifiers and have not had any problems.

What about billing it with modifier 51?
