Creation of New Subcutaneous Pocket

Hello.
I need help coding for creation of a new subcutaneous pocket for a central venous access device. My physician did not replace the catheter nor the port. All he did was create a new subcutaneous pocket just above the old pocket.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for the response, but the physician did not use fluoroscopy. All he did was create a new subcutaneous pocket above the old one. I have been searching but can't find a code. I'm thinking I'll have to use an unlisted code.
