Hi,
Our prior employee that was our credentialing. department, has left. she spent time training the new person, but it was not enough time. Does anyone have any recommendations on what we can do to find out more information on credentialing or any workshops / webinars on credentialing?
Thank you
:)

I credential for a small family practice. The best way is to contact each insurance and ask about their credentialing process and what they require. I have found from experience each insurance is different. CAQH profiles for each provider much be up to date. All insurances look at providers CAQH profiles to get a lot of their information on top of what you will need to provide. Hope this helps.
