BCS, Incorporated is growing and looking for a motivated individual interested in building a career in the healthcare field to join our Credentialing team!
This position supports provider enrollment and credentialing with insurance payers and works directly with CAQH, regional and national payer portals, and provider documentation processes. No prior credentialing experience required — we will train the right candidate who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn.
We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Is detail-oriented and organized
✔ Is comfortable working with online systems such as CAQH and payer portals
✔ Communicates professionally by email and phone
✔ Can manage deadlines and follow payer-required timelines
✔ Is interested in growing within the healthcare industry
Position Details:
• Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Located in Waconia, MN
• Starting salary: $20.80/hour (based on skills & experience)
