Does a nurse have to use her RN Credentials when signing notes, hand written or electronic, such as IntrOp notes or PACU@ notes, etc.
Is there a regulation that I can get to show proof that this is or is not required.

Medicare does not specifically require that credentials be noted. See the following section in the CMS Website:

Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Program Integrity Manual (MPIM). Specifically, Section 3.4.1.1.D, Chapter 3

See the section on signature requirements. It is not required but highly recommended.
