When billing Critical care for each additional 30 mins would you bill the 99292 over and over or just add up and bill times 2, or 3 etc, for any insurance?
 
You would bill 99292 with the number of units. Example: if the provider spend 60 additional minutes above the initial 74 minutes (99291), you would bill 99291 x1 and 99292 x2 units.
