critical care and discharge (transfer)same day

I have a pt who had critical care services and then transferred to another hospital for better care. Can my provider bill a 99291 and a 99238 on the same day? the discharge states pt was transported by paramedic and a critical care nurse with and has discharge time documented. Any help would be great
