I have a scenario that I hope someone can help me with.
In the hospital setting billing for professional services. I have a physician who wants to bill a 99476 for his services and later that day I have another physician seeking to bill 31500 for the same patient. Both of these services took place in the pediatric critical unit. I know that the 31500 is built into the 99476, but if a different physician performs the 31500 procedure, can I bill for this service?
