The Hospitalists in our group are sharing the 99291/99292
Hospitalist A will charge the 99291 then Hospitalist B will come around and charge 99292. I know these codes are billed together (if applicable) but does one provider (A) need to bill both codes even though both Docs provided care? Thanks
