Does anyone know if Humana bundles the CRP and SED RATE labs if done the same day? We keep getting eob's of bundling and we will upload records online from CMS guidelines stating the DX we are using are correct but Humana will uphold their decision on no payment. If we cannot bill these the same day, is there another code we should be doing instead of those? Thank you in advance!!
