Wiki CRT pacing under echo guidance.

Okay, I feel I've read about this before but can't find anything.

Does anyone know how the above would be coded? I have a couple patients who had echos done as part of CRT optimization.

Would I code out a limited echo along with a device interrrogation code?

Please help me and refer me to something.
