Hello any help on CPT for this report will be appreciated. thanks

Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy
Reason For Exam:* * CARDIOMYOPATHY*
Ordering Diagnosis:* None Specified *
-- FINAL REPORT --
HEIGHT- 170.2 cm (5 ft 7.0 in)
WEIGHT- 79.4 kg (175.0 lbs)
BP- 96/62
BSA- *
FINDINGS
-------
Study quality-THIS WAS AN COMPLETE AV AND LV-RV OPTIMIZATION STUDY WITH *
CHANGES IN
PACEMAKER SETTINGS.
Left Ventricle-Overall left ventricular systolic function is severely *
reduced with
an EF of 20%.* At baseline (AV delay at 200 with LV ahead by 40)
there was no A wave on the mitral inflow, as it appears truncated.
Mitral inflow assessment was performed at different intervals- 220,
240, 260 ms. A wave present at 260ms.*** LVOT VTIs tested at
different LV/RV setttings- LV ahead by 20, 40, 60, and 0. Then RV
ahead by 20, 40, and 60. Optimal stroke volume with RV ahead by 40
ms.
Mitral valve-There is moderate mitral regurgitation (2+).
Tricuspid Valve-There is moderate tricuspid regurgitation.** The right *
ventricular
systolic pressure was estimated at* 43 mmHg.
Final settings- AV delay at 260ms and RV ahead by 40ms.
*
CONCLUSIONS
-----------
1. THIS WAS AN COMPLETE AV AND LV-RV OPTIMIZATION STUDY WITH CHANGES IN
PACEMAKER SETTINGS.
2. At baseline (AV delay at 200 with LV ahead by 40) there was no A
wave on the mitral inflow, as it was completed truncated.
3. Mitral inflow assessment was performed at different intervals- 220,
240, 260 ms. A wave present at 260ms.
4. LVOT VTIs tested at different LV/RV setttings- LV ahead by 20, 40,
60, and 0. Then RV ahead by 20, 40, and 60. Optimal stroke volume
with RV ahead by 40 ms.
5. Final settings- AV delay at 260ms and RV ahead by 40ms
