We have an order for a Cervical CT Myelogram from Occiput to T3 can we bill for the cervical AND throacic based on this order? The codes I am looking at are 72126 &72129? is there a minimum # of levels that have to be imaged in order to bill the level? Is there a resource that could shed some light on this?:confused:
