If we are billing cat scans and mri's with contrast which is intravenous we can also code the iv 96365?? correct
 
No, the IV and the administration are included.
See the guidelines at the beginning of the radiology section under "Administration of Contrast Materials."
Also CMS NCCI Policy Manual, Chapter 9, Section D.1.
