What is the interpretation of "further sections" with cpt 71270?
 
Sometimes it requires taking sequential slices or films going into the lung apices through the posterior costophrenic sulci or even to the adrenal glands or into pulmonary nodules when found during the CT. This is included in the 71270. Hope this helps you.
