Dear All,

I am a bit confused about the coding guideline for CVA. Patient had CVA on 2013 and he is taking blood thinner since then. I couldn't code history as he is taking medication for the condition.
Kindly help me..:confused:
 
Cva on medication

If there are no residual affects of the cva I would code history of cva and long term use of anticoagulants. If I understood your question correctly
