Does anyone have any information on billing for TEE during the same session as a CABG? I have a doc that wants to bill for the interpretation of a TEE that is done on a pt during a CABG. HIs op report states "TEE also showed no significant sign of calcification in the arch" I don't think he can bill 93314-26 for this. Any help would be appreciated.:confused:
