Wiki Cyst debridement in wrist

Per the OP report, the surgeon performed:
1. LT arthroscopic wrist excision of ganglion cyst: ?
2.LT triangular fibrocartilage complex debridement: 29846
3. LT limited synovectomy of the wrist (radiocarpal joint): 29844
I believe the limited synovectomy is included in the 29846. Also, in the OP report, the surgeon describes the ganglion cyst excision as "I placed the scope in the 6R portal and identified the stalk of the ganglion cyst. This was emanating from the scaphoulnate interval. With a shaver through the 3-4 portal I debrided the stalk of the ganglion cyst, completing the excision of ganglion cyst"
So, since the cyst was debrided, is this procedure also included in 29846?

29844 is included in 29846 per AAOS Code-X. For the arthroscopic wrist excision of ganglion cyst, I would use the unlisted arthroscopy code 29999 compared to 25111 (open excision of ganglion, wrist).

Thank you for your suggestion. Do you think I should report the cyst removal separately since it was all done through the same portal? I might just be overthinking this.
