I work for a Dermatolist and we have a patient that has a cyst the is quite bad that need to have him keep coming back in to have the wound dedrided and treated the doctor has to keep using local anastic on it and I dont know how to code this so we get paid for the extra treatments because it not just a simple cyst removal and nurse visit wound check

can you anyone help with this please
