I'm a little uncertain about this coding. Physician performed laparoscopic left ovarian cystectomy and a I and D right cystectomy. I am looking at 58662 LT and 49323 RT. I need to know the edits, please. :cool:

Hello

You should go with 49322-RT for incision and drainage, whereas your code for 49323 used for lymphocele drainage whereas in your procedure there is no mentioning of lymphocele.
