Cystic Duct Leak

My doctor performed an ERCP on a patient post cholecystectomy. He removed a common duct stone and found a cystic duct leak. I have 997.41 and 574.50 but am stuck on the code for the cystic duct leak. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
