This patient is a spinal cord injury who is catheter dependent, he has a suprapubic tube.
Recently he has developed a severe leaking from both the suprapubic tube site and the penis.
We are going to revise the supra pubic site and inject Botox.

Is this Exchange of tube? If so review CPT 51705/51710.
If this is a new tube, more than likely this is 51102 vs 51040.
