When my physician does this under monitored anesthesia care would I use 52260 or 52265?

When he states under MAC with IV sedation and local, then I would bill 52265?

Bill 52260 when performed under general or spinal anesthesia. Use 52265 when performed under local anesthesia or under non general or spinal anesthesia.

MAC is not local anesthesia. I would use 52260 is it was performed under MAC.
