Wiki D&C for confirmed pregnancy but no visable via ultrsound

Any ideas on the correct CPT for a D&C for a pregnancy confirmed by urine test but not visible on ultrasound? Would you use the 58120 non-ob D&C (that does not make sense to me) or an abortion code for 1st trimester 59840? Not sure if this impacts but the patient is requesting termination.

thoughts? Thanks not my specialty!
