What kind of support is needed to report this code? Do I need to see an immunosuppressant in the meds list? Does the provider need to tell me the drug?

Also check AHA Coding Clinic® for ICD-10-CM
As with all diagnoses though, the provider documentation would have to specifically state this. It can't be assumed by a coder just due to a med list.
