Does anyone have a Daily Copay Log they could share with me? Or give me some ideas..... :(

We use a very simple log. It lists the patients name, MRN, DOS, type of payment and amount paid. We keep it in a shared folder in Excel so any staff member can type in a payment. At the end of the day my biller makes sure everything totals and then does the deposit. If you'd like a copy just email me at trovarellod@readinghospital.org and I will forward it to you. Donna
