Looking for any guidance on reporting daily management for a paravertebral catheter. For anesthesia billing (post operative management) looking to code subsequent hospital care or would an unlisted code 64999 be reported for daily catheter management. (Example below)

Pain control: Good.
PMH of GERD and metastatic colon cancer
POD#3: s/p CRS/HIPEC
AIPPS consulted for perioperative management: s/p ITM + b/l T10 PVNBC on 12/16/24
Plan:
No significant events overnight and during am rounds
Paused remaining PVNBC during am rounds
If pain levels do not increase, will D/C catheter 12/19
Wean Ketamine gtt to 5 mg/hr and D/C after 12 pm 12/19
