Does anyone else have a physician that is performing the DAIR (debridement, antibiotics, implant retention) procedure on total knee or hip replacements? I'm looking for what procedure code to use for this.
 
Not sure if this is what you need, but for infected total knee with antibiotic bead placement, we use 27310 and that includes exchange of poly if performed. Also, 11981 if antibiotic beads are non-biodegradable.
