If we order/review and bill for a UA on same day as visit –we receive no credit for MDM that day?

If we order/review and bill for UA on same day as visit and order a UA for the next visit that we will bill for-we receive 1 credit for the future order of UA?

If we order a CT scan for the next visit that we will perform the TC at our office-we do not get any credit for the future CT?

If we order a CT for the next visit that is not performed at our office-we do get credit for the future CT?

If we review images of the CT scan that we ordered and performed the TC at our office-we get 2 credit points for that?
