I had a question from a provider about data reviewed. She wanted to know if she reviewed pictures the patient brought from home is considered data. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Thank you in advance.

I believe so. AMA 2021 guidelines: This data includes medical records, tests, and/or other information that must be obtained, ordered, reviewed, and analyzed for the encounter. This includes information obtained from multiple sources or interprofessional communications that are not separately reported.
